Yeah, custom ones always take a bit longer. I'd say give it at least 2-3 weeks, maybe a little more around holidays. They need time to process the photo into a design then produce it.

I think custom kits usually don't qualify for those general discount codes. You might need a specific one for custom orders, or they just don't do percentage off for those.
